Thank you for shopping with Crazy Larry Soap. We appreciate your business and work hard to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, holidays, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and overall shipping demand.

Most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days after shipment

However, in some cases, shipping may take up to 14 days from the date the order is placed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur that are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can help resolve the issue.
